  • How do I place an order?
    Under PRICES you can choose a category, then you must enter the specifications of the item, place the order and order the item via the shopping cart (after accepting the general terms and conditions). You will receive an email within 24 hours with information about your order and the delivery date.
  • How can I pay?
    After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with information about your order. If the delivery date matches*, you will receive a quote and a payment request. *I work with an agenda, so remember to reserve well in advance.
  • What are the shipping methods?
    All orders are shipped via PostNL, shipping costs start from €8*. For orders from 98 cm it is €14. *Only for orders 48x48x98 cm.
  • What is the average delivery time?
    2 weeks for 2D piñatas, 2-3 weeks for XL piñatas. Urgent 2D Pinatas: 1 week for 2D piñatas, pick up only. I work with reservations, it is best to order well in advance.
  • I have placed an order, when will it be delivered?"
    The order will be shipped on the date agreed with PostNL, you will receive a Track and Trace code so you can track your order. PostNL normally delivers your order within 1 or 2 working days after shipment*. * I am always dependent on PostNL for delivery. Sometimes it happens that a package is delayed, for example because something went wrong during the sorting in the PostNL sorting center, or due to bad weather conditions. Unfortunately I can't do anything about this.
  • Where can I pick up an order?
    Hoogvliet, Rotterdam. After ordering and payment, the address will be emailed/messaged.
  • Can I determine the text in the piñata?
    Yes, you can determine the text yourself and specify it when ordering.
  • Return
    Exceptions for customization. Excluded from returns are personalized items made to your specifications. Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned. Therefore, the sale is final after payment.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You can cancel or change custom orders free of charge before you have paid. After payment you can cancel or change within 2 days at the latest. You will then be charged 25% of the amount transferred, in connection with the work already prepared. Refund will be made within 5 days via the same payment method used by you.
  • What should I do if I have received a damaged item?
    If you have received a defective or damaged item, I will replace or repair the product for you, provided the damage to the product was not caused by shipping. Shipping of products is at the risk of the buyer. I will bear the costs of returning the product if it is clear that the damage to the product was already there when I sent it and not due to the shipping method. Of course I pack the products very carefully. Don't want to take any risks? You can always pick up your order.
