Personalized products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you entered. The sale is final after successful payment.

If you think Yelithas Pinatas has made a mistake with your custom order, please contact Yelithas Pinatas within 14 days of delivery (see further terms and conditions ). We will then do our best to resolve the issue.
Cancel or change
You can cancel or change custom orders free of charge before you have paid. After payment, you can cancel or change within 2 days at the latest, 25% of the ordered amount will be charged, in connection with the work already prepared. Refunds will be made within 5 days via the same payment method used by the consumer.
